Raising pigs on pasture presents plenty of unique challenges. Since 2019 we've been up to the task of tackling the job to bring Central Texas the pork it deserves - flavorful, tender, and above all else, humane and sustainable.

Pastured pork from our heritage breed pigs is unlike any pork you can find in a grocery store. Our pigs are fed a specially formulated feed ration designed by us to suit our needs as a small farm. Our feed is non-GMO, non-soy and includes an organic-approved mix of vitamins and minerals.

Pigs are rotated frequently to new paddocks and can be found sunbathing, digging, and wallowing as nature intended.
