Bavette is a super flavorful cut that is perfect seared in a cast iron pan or on the grill. Cook to medium-rare and enjoy this incredible cut! Slice it against the grain once cooked to enjoy the tender qualities of this flap steak. Similar to a skirt or flank steak, the bavette is wonderfully rich and marbled.  Average weight 1-1.5 lbs/package.
